Long weekend

This is a beer bottle someone threw into my yard. I still haven't picked it up.

This marks the beginning of the longest weekend ever.

Me and Steve were at the Death Metal bar, I was very sad, the other folks at the bar probably thought me and Steve were breaking up.

Eventually Lexie came out. I just hope that we haven't scared her off.

We walked to various bars with varying levels of success.

I did not feel stellar the next morning.

This is my earth day crown.

It's made of recycled paper.

One kid told me that I didn't know what I was doing, so I took away his paper craft and told him to go away.

While this is NOT actually snow; I'm still mad as hell that it isn't spring yet.

Butter

This is the Mill Museum in Salem, Oregon. I was here with my boss for a conference on things relating to arts in education.

Did I mention that the class I teach is four hours long and goes from 6-10 pm and that I had to be out the door at 7 this morning to drive 2 hours to this conference thing.

Not that I'm complaining about my 3+ jobs, it just makes me a little tired.

This is a giant tub of butter balls I got from work.

I don't think I will be running out of butter any time soon.

On the down side; it means I can't use my butter dish, which I really like.

These are A&W root beer float sodas. Not surprisingly; it was gross and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Unless, by chance, that person liked the taste of carbonated butter.

I'll learn you good

This is a pack of teenagers doing the hokey pokey (or possibly the electric slide).

Your guess is as good as mine as to why one would want to dance around on the street outside my office at 9 in the morning. Not that I'm anti dancing, truth be told there should really be more dance parties in Roseburg.

This is the first day of my video editing class.

My class, basically, consists of me trying to force feed avant-garde cinema to a group of teenagers in rural(ish) Oregon.

I am trying to convince them that they should call me Professor Burian-Mohr.

Up in smoke

The people across the street from me have about 50 different cars.

Each one producing a larger cloud of smoke then the last.
